Campbell Park managed by The Parks Trust is located in the heart of Milton Keynes, this central city park stretches from the theatre end of Central Milton Keynes down to the Grand Union Canal.
The original vision for Campbell Park was for it to be the cultural heart of the city, with sculptures sited in the park alongside art installations, performances and temporary shows. Today you can see many pieces of public art and sculpture within the park as well as attend or host your own event.
Campbell Park with its purpose-built events area hosts numerous events throughout the year. Home to the city’s fireworks display the park also hosts an array of events from winter sporting events like cross country and cyclo-cross championships to summer festivals like India Day MK, African Diaspora Day and Art in the Park. Cultural extravaganzas such as IF: Milton Keynes International Festival and Festival of History have animated the park in recent years and each year over 9000 people head to MK Playday, the city’s biggest day of play.

ACCESSIBILITY:
There is a good network of all-weather paths but steep gradients throughout the park. Access to the open air theatre area is grassed and may be difficult. Cattle grids and kissing gates operate in the formal planted areas to keep sheep out.
