Bookings

Where you wish to arrange any conference booking through this site we will pass the details you have supplied to our members who may be able to provide conference facilities. We will forward our members’ proposals to you. If a proposal is acceptable to you, you may then contact our member direct to arrange a booking.

If you wish to arrange an accommodation booking we will forward your details to our members and forward to you details of available accommodation and prices. You may then book accommodation through the site by supplying us with your credit card details which we will supply to our member. The contract for accommodation will be between you and our member (the hotel who provides accommodation).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
