Slim Chickens to open at Xscape Milton Keynes

On a mission to serve the best freshly prepared, cooked to order chicken in town, iconic US brand Slim Chickens is coming to Xscape Milton Keynes, opening on 4^th July.  To celebrate the opening, Slim Chickens will be hitting the streets of the city on 1st July with the World’s Smallest Slim Chickens ahead of the official opening appropriately renamed by the brand as Slimdependence Day.

The World’s Smallest Slim Chickens – a 150 sq ft mobile dining and games pod – will invite passers-by to play a game of ‘Slim Pong’, with £4444 of Slim’s vouchers available for a full round. The first 400 to take part will also be treated to a complimentary glass of Coca Cola! And what’s more, Slim Chickens restaurants nationwide will be offering £4 chicken tenders all day on 4^th July in celebration of Slimdependence Day, which will also see the brand open three other locations across the UK simultaneously.

Renowned for its Southern US hospitality, diners can expect the brand’s signature buttermilk-marinated, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order premium chicken. House specialties include crispy tenders and buffalo wings, alongside a whopping range of 14 house-made dipping sauces in innovative flavours including Slim’s signature sauce, Blue Cheese, Honey BBQ, Sriracha Garlic and, for those brave enough, the fiery Inferno.

Also, on offer is a wide selection of fresh chicken sandwiches, wings, salads and wraps as well as sides such as fried pickles and mac & cheese, and hand-spun shakes in flavours such as Oreo, popcorn and caramel.
