New ‘BetterPoints’ scheme rewards active and sustainable journeys

If you live or work in Milton Keynes, you can sign up to the ‘Get Around Rewards BetterPoints’ platform and be rewarded for every active and sustainable journey you make. The aim is to encourage people to walk to the park, scoot to the shops, cycle to work or take the bus into CMK.

BetterPoints is a multi-award winning behaviour change campaign to combat climate change and improve health. The BetterPoints App is designed to incentivise sustainable modes of travel, by rewarding points for every sustainable trip taken. These points can then be redeemed to unlock rewards.

The BetterPoints app is available on Google play or the App Store.

Early bird registrations from Friday 18th March to be in with a chance of claiming the Get Around Rewards Early Bird Prize Draw.  

There will also be celebration events to reward individuals and organisations for taking part and to hand over prizes. This will be done in collaboration with the Cycling Citizens.
