Take a Pit Stop at the Silverstone Interactive Museum
With over 60 hands-on exhibits to fuel families’ imaginations this Summer, the Silverstone Interactive Museum also has a variety of activities for families to enjoy.
- Kids’ Activity Sessions are running throughout August – Kids can build and test their own air-powered car and take home their speedy creations (check the website for dates and times)
- Family photo opportunity – Climb into a replica 1948 ERA Grand Prix car
- Creative Fun – Encourage creativity and try out brass rubbing, there will be a variety of car designs to create using this fun technique
- Kids’ Quiz Trail – Complete the questions and challenges throughout their visit to win a prize
- New Arrivals – Come and see some of the latest arrivals including Jenson Buttons 2009 World Championship winning Brawn and George Russell’s racewear
- Hands on fun – Take part in a pit stop, try commentating on a race and practice your skills as an RAF pilot
