December 5th until 22nd from 11am to 4:30 pm
18th century rooms of festive Georgian Christmas decorations. Children can enjoy a 'Hunt the Slipper' trail. Come into our warm and welcoming Shop to find a 12th Night Cake…. the beginning of your journey. (Usual museum entrance fee applies/ children’s trail free). www.cowperandnewtonmuseum.org.uk

Dickens of a Christmas in Olney
December 5 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
Mulled wine and delicious hot chocolate, tea and coffee on sale all day in our Museum courtyard - warm up those hands! Entertainer in our garden at 12pm, 2pm and 3pm for 20 minutes – free. 24 Days of Advent (Olney) – join in the carol singing in our garden at 2:20pm. Inside the Museum see ‘A Georgian Christmas’ festive display (usual entrance fee applies to see inside the museum). Night-Time Guided Historical Spooky Walk
December 17th 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm Adults £10.00/ Children under 16 £2
Join in the fun of Tom’s night-time guided walk. We’ll try to arrange spooky mist and dry weather too. If you have any local myths and legends, or local ghostly stories to share, do contact us. Mulled wine, mince pies, tea and coffee in the Museum Courtyard at the end of the walk.
