Virtual Easter Bake Off

Ashby House Care Home is holding an Easter Bake Off competition to give local people a chance to show off the baking and decorating skills they honed during lockdown. The event is open to everyone and is just for fun, but there are small prizes. The home's residents love baking and staff thought it would be nice to involve the local community. They are asking people to send a photo of their Easter-themed cakes, bakes and biscuits. The ladies and gents who live at Ashby House Care Home will judge the entries and choose the winners, with a small prize for the winner in each age category – 11 and under, 12-17, and 18+. There will also be a prize for the school, company, club or organisation whose members send the most entries. Entrants should email a photo of their cake, a sentence about it, their name, age if under 18, and the school or organisation they belong to if it is a group entry, by 18th April to [email protected]
