Parks & Run

The Parks Trust's free Parks & Run programme has been going on for more than two decades and has always been suited to all ages and abilities. Events usually take place on the first Sunday of each month starting at 10 am. Each month the event moves to a different park, giving you the chance to explore new places and see new sights.

There’s always a choice of distances, ranging from 2km for beginners to 10km for the fittest runners, and all routes are circular. Booking is not required. Please note that under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
