Community Litter Pick at Caldecotte Lake

On the last Monday of the month, we host community litter picks in one of our parks to encourage Milton Keynes residents to care for their neighbourhood. All equipment is provided and family groups welcome.

The importance of access to greenspace and parks have been and continue to be more important than ever. We work hard to keep the parks safe and protect the beautiful green spaces of the city so that everyone can enjoy them safely and reap the benefits to their physical and mental wellbeing.

As a self-financing charity, the cost of removing litter from our parks falls directly to us, costing us around £350,000 every year. These community litter picks emphasise the importance of caring for our environment and help keep our parks clean and safe for all to enjoy.
