Art Journaling

Art journaling is suitable for everyone at any level of experience, no matter their professional career or interests. No drawing or any other artistic skills are required for this workshop.

ABOUT THE COURSE:
Art journaling is a mindfulness practice which involves illustration, lettering, doodling and paper art in a diary or journal. We will start every session by extracting prompts from an ‘ideas jar’ to kick start our creativity. The workshop’s objective is to give you the tools to build a habit of expressing yourself through creating beautiful pages in your own time with very minimal tools and techniques. The long-term aim is to improve your mental health by seeing the beauty all around you, inspiring you to turn your own life into an art form.
