New Aparthotel Concept Launches in Milton Keynes

UK-based serviced apartment & aparthotel company, Your Apartment, reveal the first glimpse of new aparthotel concept which has just launched in Milton Keynes.

Launched by Charlie Guest & his brother Toby Guest, Your Apartment – Milton Keynes is their biggest project to date outside of Bristol & London with 65 apartments and located a just few minutes’ walk from Milton Keynes Central Station.

Director & Co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Guest has commented:

The newly remastered property is located on North Second Street and is an improved addition to the accommodation market in Milton Keynes. The building was previously used as serviced apartments prior to the owners deciding to re-model the building by adding further units to improve the commercial viability of the building.

The site now comprises of 27 Studio Apartments with kitchenettes & ensuite bathrooms. 25 Open Plan One Bedroom Apartments with separated sleeping and entertainment spaces. 13 One Bedroom Apartments with large open plan living & dining spaces and bedrooms separated via a private hallway as well as outdoor dining space. Many of the apartments have wide views of city and/or the further green landscape.

Each apartment is accessible using high spec digital key code access, as well as host Chromecast TV’s and air conditioning. Teamed with Your Apartment signature splash of colour and eclectic style, the addition of premium appliances such as SMEG Toasters & Kettles, Nespresso Machines as well as artwork commissioned by Alexander Grahovsky.

The apartments each have a premium fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, super-king, king or twin beds, space to dine & relax plus super-fast Wi-Fi. There are also 12 onsite private parking spaces, three with EV electric charging points, bicycle storage, a coworking space, Peloton gym & a ‘Pantree Honesty Market’.

Regarding the recent announcement, Toby has added:
