LEON brings healthy food options to Midsummer Place
LEON restaurant has now opened in Midsummer Place and has received a ‘fantastic response’ from shoppers and local business, the centre reports.
The ‘naturally fast food’ restaurant opens for breakfast at 8am, giving city centre workers the perfect kick-start to the day, and caters for the lunch and dinner customers throughout the rest of the day. Located opposite Starbucks, LEON’s easy to order touch screens have already been a hit with busy customers and the fresh and healthy food has been a huge success for ‘foodies’ in Midsummer Place.
“It’s fantastic to see a new food offering open in the centre that provides something unique and tasty for our shoppers,” says Shelley Peppard, General Manager at Midsummer Place. She adds; “LEON has a wonderful reputation for food excellence across the country and I’m delighted to say that they have delivered on their promise to bring something special to Central Milton Keynes. Their range of dishes complements the already well-loved food options available in the centre and gives further choice to people visiting Midsummer Place.”
LEON offers dining in and takeaway options with food that ranges from vegan wraps to juicy burgers, and lots in between – they also change their menu five times a year. The opening of LEON has created 20 new jobs.
LEON was first established in London in 2004 and now has over 70 restaurants across the UK as well as Ireland and the Netherlands.
