itsu is now on the menu at centre:mk

Popular healthy fast-food brand, itsu, has opened at centre:mk. The new restaurant on Midsummer Arcade will serve itsu’s signature fresh, Asian-inspired menu including sushi, rice and noodle bowls, gyoza, ‘bao’ buns, soups, and salads.

itsu centre:mk provides a healthy, fast-food alternative for visitors to the centre. The majority of the meals on the menu are less than 500 calories and one third of the dishes are plant-based. The opening adds even more diversity to the wide dining options available and meets the growing demand for quick and healthy meals.

itsu centre:mk will continue the tradition of its half-price sales every evening to help avoid food waste, aligning with the centre:mk’s own commitment to waste reduction, which have resulted in 100% diversion from landfill.

Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s Centre Director, commented: “We are constantly evolving our dining options at centre:mk in response to consumer demand, and itsu, with its popular healthy fast-food alternative, is testament to this. This news follows a series of announcements for centre:mk, including the recent opening of high-street staple restaurant brand, Cosy Club. Leading British retailers, Charles Tyrwhitt and Ted Baker, along with luxury jewellery brand Loupe, adding to the fast-growing premium retail line up.
