The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) has announced that the London 2012 Open Weekend, supported by tier one Oil and Gas partner BP, will this year take place on 23 – 25 July 2010 and lead the nation into two years of celebration. Local authorities, sporting and cultural organisations and venues across the UK are invited to register events from today.
