Milton Keynes Central Station is located within a 35-minute walk of the venue. Please follow the official walking Route 51.

SHUTTLE BUS FROM CITY CENTRE

For your convenience, a shuttle bus will be running from Milton Keynes city centre to the venue. We encourage you to plan your travel and book your return shuttle bus in advance using the link HERE.

The Shuttle bus will operate a return service between the City Centre (MK9 1EA) and the National Bowl (Chaffron Wy and Davy Ave junction):

Outbound runs from 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Return runs from 10:00 PM – Midnight.

Tickets are one per passenger with a return included in the price.

Please note: these tickets do not include parking.

The shuttle bus is suitable for accessible customers; one ticket per passenger is required.

PARKING

There will be limited public parking, as well as accessible parking, available within walking distance of the venue. Spaces can be booked using the link provided HERE.

All spaces are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

On event day, the car park operating hours will be 8 AM – Midnight.

Please note: Road closures will be in place immediately surrounding the venue and residential parking restrictions will be in force, along with protections against verge parking. Visitors are advised to park considerately as enforcement and towing operations will be in force.

Please note that following the event, some car parks may fall within the road-closure area for 30-45 minutes to ensure pedestrian safety – subject to the direction of the safety authorities.

A designated taxi rank will be available at CHESNEY WOLD (10 min walk from the venue) for convenient drop-off and collection. Please refer to the location on the travel map below.

DROP OFF / PICK UP (non-taxi drivers)

Due to the scale of the event, there will be heavy traffic around the venue. To help minimise disruption and ensure everything runs smoothly, please use the designated Drop-Off / Pick-Up Area if you are being dropped off or collected by a friend or family member.

The designated Drop-Off / Pick-Up Area will be located at Kelvin Dr and Davy Ave junction.

TRAINS

Please plan your travel in advance and check the train schedule for your destination ahead of time. The last train to London departs at 23:41*, and the last train heading north (towards Birmingham and Coventry) departs at 22:33*.

Policy on drugs & alcohol

The venue operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.

Any attempt to enter the event with any illegal substances will result in ejection and your ticket will become void.

They reserve the right to refuse entry if they feel that you are drunk and/or under the influence of drugs, and no ticket refunds will be issued.

Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without a refund.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for I.D. to purchase alcohol.

The venue reserves the right to refuse service.

Acceptable ID includes a photographic driving licence, UK or International passport, or photographic identification bearing the “PASS” logo and the person’s date of birth.

It is an offence to attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.

General FAQs

Will there be food and drink available for purchase?

Yes, bars will sell alcoholic and soft drinks, and concession stands will offer a variety of hot and cold food, including vegan and gluten-free options. You can bring a sealed water in a soft, crushable plastic bottle (not hard plastic reusable bottles) of up to 500 ml, and there will be water refill points on site.

Can I buy official merchandise on-site?

Yes absolutely! There will be a merch stand selling official items. The merch booth can be found on the site map. All merch is subject to availability.

Where can I find welfare, lost property, and first aid services?

The Welfare, Lost Property, and First Aid rooms are shown on the site map. Lost property is being managed by the welfare team, TLC Welfare. Post-show, you can submit a lost property query through the form found here. There will also be phone charging stations, provided by Lifesaver, around the site where you can rent a portable charger for a small fee.

Are there accessible facilities?

Yes. Accessible toilets will be located alongside the toilet blocks as well as the accessible viewing platform. A Mobiloo will also be available. This includes an adult-sized changing bed, sink & hoist. This will be located near the accessible viewing platform. So we can ensure the people who need to use the Mobiloo facilities have the opportunity to use them, we kindly request you bring proof of accessibility with you just in case security request to check this.
