In this session children will enjoy a 30-minute group assessment riding lesson and spend the remaining time learning how to care for the ponies. Learn to Ride & Care is ideal for children who would like to begin regular riding lessons with us.

This activity is exclusively for children who are new to horse riding and are currently ungraded.

🐴 Please bring a waterproof coat
🐴 Please wear closed toe shoes or boots (not trainers, sandals or flip flops) – we do have boots you can borrow, but we can’t guarantee we will have your exact size available.
🐴 Children MUST wear trousers for comfort when riding. Children wearing shorts or skirts will not be able to ride – jogging bottoms or leggings are suitable, as are jodhpurs.
🐴 Jewellery / piercings should be removed for riding.
🐴 Pre-booking is essential as numbers are limited!
