B10 Beginners Painting: Acrylics- 5-week course

The course is suitable for all artists of all levels of experience: you can be a complete beginner or an experienced professional who would like to refresh their skills.

You will learn the foundations of painting with acrylic paint.

You will create translucent layers(glazing) like watercolours in acrylic and build up opaque layers of paint (impasto). Get to grips with creating textures in paint, as well as working tonally and in full colour.

You will paint directly from life, secondary images, as well exploring other artists approaches. You will have a good understanding of this wonderful versatile. medium by the end of the 5-week course.
