The Stables is one of the UK's leading music venues, offering live music for all tastes including jazz, blues, folk, rock, classical, pop and world music.
Located just a few minutes’ drive from Central Milton Keynes, The Stables is one of the UK’s most popular music venues.
Founded by the world-renowned jazz musicians Sir John Dankworth and Dame Cleo Laine in 1969, The Stables now presents more than 500 concerts and workshops each year, covering a huge range of musical genres – everything from jazz to rock, blues to classical and country to soul. John and Cleo’s founding vision was that The Stables should promote ‘all music for all people’ – more than 50 years on, their vision is still very much alive!
