SLD’s stated mission is “to provide high quality, cost effective, leadership development training that build leaders who can create positive workplace cultures and drive-up organisational performance.” This includes managers, team leaders, supervisors and emerging leaders who may not have had the opportunity to be formally trained. Additionally, SLD’s lead facilitators have significant experience designing and delivering training and development programmes to a wide cross section of businesses including those in Tourism and Hospitality, and understand the many challenges faced by the industry.

Accredited by The Institute of Leadership, SLD’s Leadership Development Programme can be delivered in person or real-time instructor led online workshops.
