Olympian Gail Emms visits Victoria’s Secret
This October – which marks Breast Cancer Awareness month in the UK – sports personality, badminton Olympic silver medallist and MBE, Gail Emms visited Victoria’s Secret at intu Milton Keynes for a self-guided bra fitting experience.
With changing rooms remaining closed for the time being, those who are bra shopping at Victoria’s Secret are able to visit the store for a self-guided fitting, to ensure that they’re leaving with the best fit.
“Our self-guided bra fitting experience is a safe alternative to the fitting room service that shoppers will be familiar with. Guiding our customers through the process, which is done over their clothes, they are able to learn what bra size they need and have help choosing what styles suit them” said Store Manager, Becky Bromley.
The free and socially distanced service is available with one of the Victoria’s Secrets Associates, who demonstrate two quick and easy measurements with a sanitised tape measure for the customer to mirror.
The Victoria’s Secret team provide full support and guidance throughout the service, helping the customer to find the perfect shape, colour and size.
Following her experience, Gail commented: “I had no idea that 80% of people are wearing the wrong bra size, so it was brilliant to have this experience within a safe and comfortable environment. Victoria’s Secret is a beautiful store and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the team there.”
This service is available on the day with no appointment necessary.
