Pilgrim Trail Walk – Exploring Shenley & Loughton

Beginning at St Mary’s Church in Shenley, this circular approx. four mile walk will explore some of the middle section of the Pilgrim Trail. From All Saints Church in Loughton we will walk back along the southern section of the Loughton Valley Park. The approx two hour walk explores the rich heritage and medieval history of this area. Churches, coaching inns, medieval fishponds and beautifully landscaped Parks Trust land makes this an interesting and beautiful walk.
