An hour and a half walk delivered by a Parks Trust Guide, supported by Westbury volunteer in the ancient woodland of Shenley Wood and the listed 17th century manor of Westbury.
Discover the flora, fauna and the unique features of this ancient woodland and its connection with Westbury Arts Centre. Meet at the front gate. We have limited spaces available. Please register to ensure you secure your place.
The walk is open to everyone. It is a leisurely walk on a mostly flat surface, but there are parts of the walk that are not on hard paths and there are tree roots in some areas. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you.
After the walk stop at Westbury Arts Centre to relax, take part in the history tour, meet Westbury Bee Group, view exhibitions and open studios.
