Your expert guide will greet you in the museum courtyard and take you around the museum to tell the fascinating stories of prolific writers William Cowper and John Newton.
This year, we commemorate 250 years since Amazing Grace was written and you will find out how John Newton came to write this epic hymn, which is known around the world.
Your guide will point out the highlights in the collection, including some of the original manuscripts produced by Cowper and Newton, along with other gems, including a miniature by William Blake.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the gardens and museum at your leisure.
The cost is £3 in addition to standard admission. Please be aware that places are limited to 12. We would be grateful if you could arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time to allow for ticket processing.
