What is Challenge 45?

Our befriending service is free but it costs to run, organise and deliver to those over 55. With the cost of living crisis we want to best help and support older people with their loneliness and isolation. You can read more about our Befriending Service on our website.
So could you take on a challenge and support Isolated and Lonely Older People in your town? Do a challenge for either 45 mins, 45 hours maybe 4.5 days? Don't do the challenge on your own. Do it with a friend, neighbours maybe do it at work.
We have lots of challenge ideas for inspiration on our website.
How to set up your challenge:
Find a Challenge to do during the week of 25 September.
Head to justgiving start a Fundraiser.
