The challenge is simple:
- Choose a 20, 40, or 60 minute time slot during the 48 hours – you can run outside, in your garden, up and down the stairs, or around the living room, it’s up to you.
- Pass the virtual ‘baton’ to the next runner by logging into Zoom before and after your run (we’ll email you a Zoom link before the event). For example, Runner B logs on five minutes before their time, and waits for Runner A to get back, when runner Runner A logs back on, Runner B can start their run (with lots of ‘Go! Go! Go!’ shouting from the team on Zoom!), then Runner C logs on five minutes before their time, and waits for Runner B to come back…
- Once you’re signed up, set up a fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. You can set up a sponsorship page on websites like JustGiving, or on Facebook here.
