Regional shopping destination, thecentre:mk, is giving customers the exclusive chance to view latest models from manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz; smart and Alfa Romeo at its Motor Show. Running from 14 – 17 January 2010 in Middleton Hall, the event will allow customers to browse cars enabling them to take advantage of the government’s car scrappage scheme before it is due to end in February.

Both Mercedes Benz and smart will be showcasing the latest models in their range for the visiting public. Mercedes-Benz will feature the latest Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe which is launched with a choice of new BlueEFFICIENCY engines and the Mercedes-Benz Pro-Safe™ Safety Philosophy system.  Whilst, smart of Milton Keynes is launching the stylish, high performance 2010 range of smart cars at the show.

The hot new car in the range is the smart Micro-Hybrid 71 Passion, high specification including efficient and upgraded performance engine, navigation system and a whole lot of style and attitude. Also present at the show will be Alfa Romeo which is celebrating its Centenary year in 2010 and over the last 100 years this Italian manufacture has produced some of the most beautiful and iconic cars that the world has seen.

This is a perfect opportunity to browse all the latest models on the market under one roof. The local dealerships involved, include: Mercedes-Benz; smart; MK Kia; MK Hyundai; Pilling Volvo; Pilling Mazda/Renault; Palmers Alfa Romeo; Wayside Mini; Evans Halshaw Vauxhall; Silverstone Harley Davidson (Bikes); Glyn Hopkin Nissan/Fiat.

Jackie Tracey, Events Manager at thecentre:mk commented on the event, “In September last year Lord Mandelson announced that the UK car scrappage scheme is due to end on the 28 of February, or even before if all the government funding is used. Therefore the Motor Show is the perfect opportunity to see the all latest models and make sure you don’t miss out.

The event aims to help customers fine tune their car shopping. Rather than visiting all the car dealerships in the local area, all you need to do is come to Middleton Hall and see a bespoke selection of cars.”
