This year they have been busy growing pumpkins to feed to some of the animals at the park and as it’s been such a bumper crop, they are going to put them to use by offering lots of Halloween themed children’s activities throughout half-term week.
From Monday 26 to Saturday 31 October there will be arts and crafts, face painting, a lucky dip, a fearful facts trail and a ‘spooky story time’ all of which will take place each day in the ‘Creepy Caves’ at the Mammoth Play Ark.
On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October, come to the park dressed to impress and you may win a prize in a children’s ‘spooky’ fancy dress competition.
Also, don’t miss the Halloween themed feeds of the Red River Hogs, Wallabies and Giraffes and the roaming Woburn Wizard with his many magic tricks.
All Halloween activities are included in the price of your entrance ticket. You can purchase tickets online now for fast track entry to Woburn Safari Park at www.woburn.co.uk
