Who?
Milton Keynes has a small team within the Sports Development department at Milton Keynes Council who has been working closely with local partnerships, who are dedicated to maximising the benefits of the 2012 London Olympic Games for the residents of the city.
How?
On the 14 August 2008 members from within the Sports Development department travelled to the Beijing Olympic Games village, where they met with IOC members from all over the world. During this visit the official Pre-Games training camp guide was published which included the facilities here in Milton Keynes.
