Cycling Packages T&Cs

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Cycling Hotel Packages listed here

• Rates are only open to cyclists – for anyone arriving without bicycles the accommodation provider is at liberty to charge their normal room rate
• Rates are only available to guests quoting the correct DMK reference – click here
• Max. of two guests sharing per room (twin/double)
• Rates are subject to availability and exclude any major events such as the British Grand Prix
• Storage space will be provided (depending on the number of bicycles) but is subject to availability and would need to be discussed at the time of the enquiry
• Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate – dinner is only available within the hotel/accommodation provider. No cash alternative is offered
• Family rates can be negotiated with individual providers
