Learning Lunchtime Talk - A Tale of Trees - Monday 5 March   11am to Midday
Derek Niemann talks about his latest book on British woodlands and how we have lost much of what we hold dear.  He will be selling and signing his book.
Approx. 1 hour, with time for questions.

David Fowler returns to take us on a nostalgic look at Bedford's history.

Margaret Roberts uncovers the story of this now obscure fruit, with evidence from monks, horticulturalists and physicians.  She will be selling copies of her book.

Bob Hook and Judith Knight talk about why there are so few swifts around our towns today and about what is being done locally to help.

George Michael Tribute
Thursday 30 March    8pm to 11pm
Dubbed as 'the best soundalike you'll ever hear' by George's own manager, Joseph is the real deal!  Singing songs from throughout George's career, from Wham! all the way through to the later classics, this show is perfect for any George fan.

Giant Nest Building
Wednesday 11 April    9.45am to 3pm - Kids' Outdoor Adventure
A walk up to the willow huts where we’ll be building some giant nests in the woodland. Find out how hard birds must work to build their nests and what materials they use. Wear waterproof boots and warm clothes. 3 Sessions: 9.45am, 11.30am, 1.45pm

Dipping & Underwater Bingo
Wednesday 30 May    9.45am to 3pm
An Event for Kids - Find out who’s living in the pond then create and play “underwater bingo”. All equipment will be provided to have a go at pond dipping followed by an indoor craft session. Waterproof boots and clothing not required unless it is raining  Duration: 1 ¼ hours
