IT’S ALL HEELS AND HIGH ENERGY DANCE TRACKS AT THE AMPTHILL FESTIVAL

Record breaking pop group Bananarama and dance music duo Example & DJ Wire to play AmpRocks on 29th June 2018

Bananarama’s original line up of Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward, back together again for the first time since the glorious 1980s, are coming to Ampthill Festival in Bedfordshire.

The hugely successful girl group continue on their original line-up tour and will get the festival crowds dancing with their repertoire of high energy dance hits at AmpRocks on Friday 29th June, the opening night of the three-day Ampthill Festival.  The girls are the perfect summer explosion of fun and glamour and are famous for their tight harmonies on a catalogue of hits that range from Venus and I Heard a Rumour to Cruel Summer and Love in the First Degree. AmpRocks will give fans a rare opportunity to see the original line-up perform together live on stage.

Example & DJ Wire bring massive number one hits Changed the Way You Kiss Me and Stay Awake to Ampthill Park with their exciting live set. The British rapper and north London DJ pair have wowed audiences around the world including Manchester Pride in 2017 and the world-famous Glastonbury Festival with tracks like Won’t Go Quietly and Kickstarts.

Brit indie rockers Reef, best known for their anthem Place Your Hands, add some raw 90s rock to the AmpRocks mix. Reef, fronted by the energetic Gary Stringer, have previously played the Glastonbury and Reading Festivals and are known for their energetic live performances.

Tickets for AmpRocks are on sale now at http://amprocks.eventbrite.com at £35/40 plus booking fee.
