Milton Keynes Arts Centre

Milton Keynes Arts Centre is an independent arts and education charity established in 1974.  We offer creative workshops, artists’ studios and a lively programme of exhibitions and events encouraging participation and exploration.

Through innovative programming and partnerships, we aims to nurture creative talent, encouraging a social, cultural and economic exchange of creativity and ideas in Milton Keynes.

Our main site is located two miles from central Milton Keynes, set within the impressive grounds of Great Linford Manor beside the Grand Union Canal. The site includes a gallery, set in a 17th-century barn, studio space for six creative practitioners housed in historic almshouses, a school house, creative work spaces located within two pavilions and specialist workshop facilities including ceramics, silversmithing and woodwork. The organisation’s second site, Galley Hill, comprises a number of artists’ studios.
