OPENING HOURS:
Xscape is open 364 days a year – the only day we are closed is Christmas Day!
The main doors open at 6.30am, for those early birds who go to the gym first thing, and the slope area opens at 8am for those who want to get ready to enjoy the fresh snow! The centre shuts between 12 and 2am on most nights.
Opening times of each business and shop varies, so check out the website for an outline of the main opening times of the activities, shops and restaurants in the centre.
EATING:
Why not chill out and enjoy a delicious meal from one of our restaurants – you’ll be spoilt for choice with over 16 restaurants and cafes from countries around the world!
CAR PARKING:
The car park around the Xscape Building is split into two different sections, the outer section is Council owned and managed by NCP (the purple area). All entrances into the car park are clearly marked as such.
The area nearest to the building is owned by Xscape and managed by Vinci Park Services , you drive over Red lines and pass signs stating that you are entering into the Xscape car-park.
DISABLED FACILITIES:
Parking - Disabled parking is available within the centre car park.
Access - Automatic doors are located at the main entrance and side entrance (near KFC).
Lifts - We have three public lifts in the building, they are located:-
In the centre Mall area of Xscape giving access to Cineworld, Old Orleans Restaurant & Bar, The Manhattan Suites and Xscape Conference rooms.
Within the SNO!zone Café giving access to the Sno Bar.
Within City Limits giving access to Old Orleans Restaurant & Bar, The Manhattan Suites

Ground Floor:
SNO!zone toilets (located opposite the Sno Café) & ;nbsp;
SNO!zone toilets (located next to the air-lock leading to Ski Slope)
First Floor
Xscape toilets (located behind the lift & escalators)

Cineworld
General Access - Xscape, although on two floors, is a large open building with very few steps within it. Our entrances are wide enough to accommodate wheel chairs and access to all amenities are open plan (no doors).If you require specific information regarding each unit please contact individual Tenants for further information.
