OPENING HOURS:
9am - 11pm every day (both recreational slopes will be closed 6-7pm, Thursday – Sunday to allow for grooming to maintain slope conditions).  Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 10-7pm (Christmas Day Closed)
The call centre is open 9am-10pm for telephone bookings and queries, calls charged at national rate.

CAR PARKING: 
The car park around the Xscape Building is split into two different sections, the outer section is Council owned and managed by NCP (the purple area). All entrances into the car park are clearly marked as such.

The area nearest to the building is owned by Xscape and managed by Vinci Park Services, you drive over red lines and pass signs stating that you are entering into the Xscape car-park.

DISABLED FACILITIES:
Parking - Disabled parking is available within the centre car park.
Access - Automatic doors are located at Xscape’s main entrance and side entrance (near KFC).
Lifts – There are three public lifts in Xscape located:-

In the centre Mall area of Xscape giving access to Cineworld, Old Orleans Restaurant & Bar, The Manhattan Suites and Xscape Conference rooms.
Within the SNO!zone Café giving access to the Sno Bar.
Within City Limits giving access to Old Orleans Restaurant & Bar, The Manhattan Suites 

Disabled Toilet Facilities
Ground Floor:  
SNO!zone toilets (located opposite the SNO!Café) & SNO!zone toilets (located next to the air-lock leading to Ski Slope)
First Floor       
Xscape toilets (located behind the lift & escalators)
SNO!zone (located in SNO!Bar)
General Access - Xscape, although on two floors, is a large open building with very few steps within it.  The entrances are wide enough to accommodate wheel chairs and access to all amenities is open plan (no doors). If you require specific information regarding each unit please contact individual tenants for further information.
