Suggested Sport Itineraries

There is so much sporting activity taking place in Milton Keynes, it can be difficult to decide what to choose first. Our suggested itineraries help you to plan and make the most of your visit.

Going for the day ...
Kick off your day with an early snowboarding or tobogganing session and then on to rock-climbing - all within the Xscape building. Recharge the batteries with a meal at the Old Orleans restaurant in City Limits, before catching the MK Dons in action in a League Two football match. And if all that shouting and cheering has made you hungry, then why not enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants within the city.

Staying for the weekend ...
If the weather’s playing ball, you could get wet ‘n’ wild by trying waterskiing and wakeboarding without the need for a boat by using the cable-tow system at Willen Lake. If you’re looking for indoor fun, spend the morning at Airkix learning to body-fly in the massive wind tunnel.  After all these thrills and spills, why not spend the afternoon exploring Milton Keynes on the cycling redways?

Staying for longer...
Depending which days you visit, try and catch a live game with MK Lightning ice-hockey team or MK Lions pro-basketball team.  If you’re a golf fanatic there are ten golf courses in the area to test your handicap. And if you’ve still got time to spare, there’s karting, quad-biking, sailing, badminton, BMX-ing, skateboarding, fishing, horse-riding, miniature golf, walking, swimming ...
