Milton Keynes Archaeology Day 2008

The second Milton Keynes Archaeology Day tracing 6000 years of the boroughs history is being held on Saturday 15 November 2008 from 10.00am to 4.00pm. This free event is to be held at Milton Keynes central library by archaeological officers from Milton Keynes Council (MKC) and will feature a series of talks from archaeologists looking at some of the more exciting excavations undertaken over the last few years in the region. Special guest on the day will be Dr David Neal a regular on Channel 4’s
Christmas Show Opening Details

The fantastic Wind in the Willows Christmas Show opens at thecentre:mk on 6 November 2007. Come out of hibernation to join Toad, Ratty, Mole and Badger and meander by a snowy riverbank, past wintry forest scenes with mischievous weasels, a giant waterwheel and a delightful Romany caravan. Santa will also pay a special visit on the day.
