Head of (Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Catering, Hospitality and Events) at the College, Maria Bowness, says, “After coming so close in the two previous years we are all thrilled to have won this prestigious award. It’s a reflection of the incredible hard work, dedication and creativity of the students and staff who make the Brasserie the wonderful restaurant that it is. Our continued success in the event shows the consistent high standards of all concerned.”
The Brasserie already boasts an AA College Rosette, (Highly Commended) for the quality of the food and service it offers.
