MK Food Festival is back at centre:mk

Food Festival centremkThe Milton Keynes Food Festival returns to Middleton Hall at centre:mk this week (10th-12th October) with an array of activities, including celebrity demonstrations from Simon Rimmer, Mark Lloyd, Richard Fox and Cathryn Dresser, and cool cookery classes for kids.

Organised by Do You Love Food, the 3-day event will see adults schooled by chef and TV host of Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, Simon Rimmer, wild food forager, Mark Lloyd, TV chef and cook book author, Richard Fox and former Great British Bake Off contestant Cathryn Dresser, who will be teaching visitors the art of festive canapes and soggy-bottom-free cakes.

Children will have the opportunity to take part in the Children’s Cookery School, learning how to bake scones and biscuits, as well as being invited into the Kids Food Laboratory, where they’ll make edible slime, fizzy cocktails and milk kaleidoscopes.

A wide range of independent traders will also be at the festival, showcasing their products in Middleton Hall, with Do You Love Food commenting:
