SplashZone, a fully heated indoor water play factory for children aged two to 13, will open on Saturday 22 May 2010. Gulliver’s opened a SplashZone at its Warrington site in 2009, and hopes to replicate its success in Milton Keynes.

SplashZone will stay open all year round – even when the theme park is closed – and has room for 100 children at full capacity.

Managing director of Gulliver’s, Julie Dalton, said: “SplashZone is the ideal safe and fun environment to introduce younger children to water, as they can enjoy it even if they can’t swim yet. Plus, parents can stay dry if they want to as there’s an area for adults to sit back with a coffee and watch the children play.

“It’s a great place for after school treats or birthday parties.

“Our ongoing investment in our Milton Keynes site shows our commitment to offering families great days out and fantastic value.”
