The award has been created to unleash the city’s undiscovered culinary talents and to further claim Red Hot’s position as the leading provider of quality, worldwide food, provided by some of the best chefs in the business. Red Hot management are now inviting the people of Milton Keynes to come forward and submit details of old family recipes and secret recipes in a bid to win over the taste buds of the judging panel.
There are four categories to choose enter including Indian, Italian, Pastry and Alternative and the five best recipes from each category will be invited into the Red Hot kitchen to cook their cuisine. The overall winner will then be picked by the experienced judging panel and the winning entry will be crowned ‘Red Hot Master Chef 2011’. As well as receiving an exclusive prize for their efforts, the winning dish will also be featured on the Red Hot menu.
Deepak Bahuguna, Corporate Chef at Red Hot said: “We’re really excited to be launching ‘Red Hot Master Chef 2011’ and can’t wait to invite Milton Keynes’ budding chefs into the Red Hot kitchen to show off their culinary talents.”
