Raymond will be at his new Brasserie greeting guests and signing autographs – everyone is welcome to pop in. The Brasserie will be serving festive treats of mulled wine and mince pies.
Milton Keynes Youth Choir is a mixed choir formed in 1996 with the aim of offering children of 8 years old and above the opportunity to sing a wide and challenging repertoire, under the musical direction of David Kirby-Ashmore. David has a renowned background working with choirs and soloists and has taken the choir to perform in a variety or venues in and around Milton Keynes, of which Brasserie Blanc is the latest. The choir is based at The Church of Christ the Cornerstone, opened in 1992 as the first ecumenical city centre church in the UK. It is home to a vibrant and dynamic Christian community bringing together Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Methodist and United Reformed denominations.
Celebrated chef Raymond Blanc OBE’s seventh Brasserie Blanc opened officially in Milton Keynes on 28 November, with the launch following on 6 December 2007. The 120-cover French Brasserie & Bar has a warm, welcoming and stylish interior with banquette seating and plans for terrace tables outside in the warmer months. The first ‘Maman Blanc’ shop complements the Brasserie, offering a wide range of products, including high-quality prepared dishes for customers to take home. In the evening the shop transforms into a private dining room, seating up to 12 guests. Hampers filled with delicious, authentic French produce make the ideal Christmas gift for both friends and clients.

Brasserie Blanc is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 10pm for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The Dine with Wine menu offers a two course lunch or dinner - £11.50 lunch/£15 dinner - and includes a glass of wine.
