Published - Wednesday, 19 October, 2011
October is Big Draw month! This annual event, organised by The Campaign for Drawing, the largest drawing festival in the world, with more than 1000 venues in the UK taking part throughout the month, from national galleries, museums and heritage sites to nursery schools and village halls.

MK Gallery is pleased to be participating once again this year, by offering Drawing with a Difference, workshop sessions, suitable for families with children of all ages. On Thursday 27th October between 10am and 12 noon you and your family members will be encouraged to work collaboratively in a range of fun, creative drawing challenges on the theme “How Old are You?”.

On Friday 28th October the 10am – 12 noon session will invite you to focus on spooky drawing fun, in the lead in to Halloween. These two workshop sessions have been commissioned by MK Gallery from Cambridgebased artists Irregular Circle, who specialise in enabling adults and children to explore their creativity together through a variety of art activities.
