The festival is also helping to encourage children to eat more fish and seafood, so throughout the week kids eat for free*. The family day on Sunday 24 May will let children get messy with a cookery class at 11.00am and then loads of other activities including face painting, street art and the famous Loch Fyne beach pit!
For the grown-ups, you can sample the delights a Spain with the Seafood Fiesta night on Thursday 22 May, where fresh produce will be used to create paella and tapas. On 21 May the restaurant will be celebrating their famous seafood platters, great for sharing! But will someone be brave enough to take on the ‘Platter Royale’?
Guests on 23 May will get the chance to win the opportunity to prepare and serve their own dish in the Loch Fyne kitchen under the watchful eye of Head Chef Jamie. For other guests there will be live cookery demonstrations and a charity raffle throughout the evening.
If you love seafood then Loch Fyne is the place to be between 19-24 May – for more information visit www.lochfyne.com or call 01908 546570.
