Exhibitors who will trade over the weekend will include producers such as The Fudgery and La Cave a Fromage who have won prestigious awards and recognition within their field of produce, working from farm to packaged product, these fine food producers take upmost pride in the quality of their product. Guests to thecentre:mk can expect to find expertly made cheese, jams, pies, bread ,fudge and sausages.
The Flour Station is just one of the fantastic award winning producers taking space in the market at the weekend, they started producing handmade artisan breads in 2002 in the kitchen of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant. Launching the products in the prestigious Borough Market, the Flour Station now supplies leading restaurants, hotels and delis across London. “Over the years we have developed a range of award-winning breads and pastries, inspired by traditional techniques and classic flavours. All of our products are hand-made using truly authentic baking methods and we use top-quality, natural ingredients” commented Sophie Taylor, director at The Flour Station.
