Christmas Show Opening Details

The fantastic Wind in the Willows Christmas Show opens at thecentre:mk on 6 November 2007. Come out of hibernation to join Toad, Ratty, Mole and Badger and meander by a snowy riverbank, past wintry forest scenes with mischievous weasels, a giant waterwheel and a delightful Romany caravan. Santa will also pay a special visit on the day.

OPENING DAY - Tuesday 6 November 2007

10.00 am
Wind in the Willows display opens in Middleton Hall

4.00 pm
Santa arrives at door 1 near Marks and Spencer Food Hall

4.15 pm
Follow Santa's colourful procession as he heads to Middleton Hall to open his Grotto*. To add to the drama, he'll be accompanied by his mischievous friends from the riverbank and magical crowd entertainers. Come dressed as your favourite Wind in the Willows character and join in the fun!

* Look out for boards showing the route inside the shopping centre.

To keep an eye on the wayward Toad, Santa has moved his Grotto into Toad Hall!

Santa's Grotto opens on Tuesday 6 November at 5.00 pm and stays open until 24 December.

There are three ways of booking to see Santa. Head to the Ticket Office or the Boathouse to book in person for a visit on the same day or a future date. If you want to beat the queues book in advance through the ticket hotline on 0870 890 2606 from 6 November, or book your tickets online now at www.thecentremk.com. Please note that a £1.00 administration fee applies to all telephone and online bookings.

A visit to Santa plus a gift costs just £6.50 and there are great special offers on photos, frames, magnets and key rings.

Grotto opening hours:
Mon-Sat 9am-6pm throughout November (Wed 7 to Fri 30)
Mon-Sat 9am-7pm throughout December (Sat 1 to Sat 22)
Sundays 10am-6pm throughout November and December
Christmas Eve 9am-1pm
Grotto closes Christmas Eve
