FOR THE GROWN-UPS
The Classic hamper is a real Italian feast with dishes including tempting focaccia imbottita (focaccia stuffed with ricotta, pancetta, olives and rosemary); terrina di maiale e funghi di bosco con pane tostato (pork and wild mushroom terrine served with toast); and summery salmone in acqua pazza con insalata di patate (poached salmon with a new potato, beetroot and watercress salad).
 
The Vegetarian picnic has many of the great bites from the classic hamper, minus the meat but with torta salata con funghi (mushroom tart with a mixed leaf salad); antipasti misti (a selection of olives, sun blush tomatoes, balsamic onions, chargrilled artichokes and asparagi con maionese (fresh asparagus spears with a creamy lemon mayonnaise).
