The Caribbean comes to Red Hot Buffet

Dig out your flip flops and Hawaiian shirt; crank up Bob Marley and relax to the sounds of the Caribbean this summer. On Friday 15 July, Red Hot World Buffet and Bar will be launching a brand new destination in their around-the-world restaurant, with a month long Caribbean Food and Drink Festival.

The restaurant will be transformed into a celebration of all things Caribbean, including the food, drink, and entertainment.  According to organisers; it’s going to be da real ting!

During the month, as well as serving the regular world cuisines including Indian; Thai, Cajun, Mexican and Italian, the restaurant will be adding 18 mouth watering authentic Caribbean dishes to
their menu. From popular main dishes such as Jerk Chicken to the less known Ackee and Saltfish, you can eat your way through the Caribbean to the Pumpkin Pie from Antigua, and Banana and chocolate bread pudding from Barbados.

The restaurant will also be serving six new tropical rum based cocktails, including an intriguing yellowbird and a cheeky Caribbean kick. There will also be two refreshing mock tails, so everyone can really experience the relaxed Caribbean way of life!

On select nights, including Friday 15th, guests will be entertained by traditional Caribbean music from the local steel band and gospel choir. The restaurant will also have its very own sandy beach with palm trees, deckchairs and comical ‘head through hole’ photo experience, so diners can take-away a souvenir of their Caribbean experience.

Sunil Ganpati, Restaurant Manager at Milton Keynes said “We are really looking forward to introducing Caribbean food to our menu for the month. It is not widely available so the Caribbean additions to the menu will give customers the chance to dine out with the food that they love or try a cuisine that they haven’t before! All our regular dishes will still be available on top of the specials.

“Importantly, there is no additional cost to our customers. This is our way of saying thank you and adding even more to their Red Hot Buffet experience.”

For the ultimate experience outside of the Caribbean you’ll want to visit Red Hot World Buffet & Bar!
