Raymond Blanc’s first ‘Maman Blanc’ shop will complement the Brasserie, offering a wide range of products, including high-quality prepared dishes for customers to take home. Everything will be made on site in the Brasserie’s kitchens, including the freshly-baked bread, croissants, patisserie and viennoiserie that will also feature on the breakfast/ brunch menu. In the evening the shop will transform into a private dining room, seating up to 12 guests. Hampers filled with delicious, authentic French produce will make the ideal gift for both friends and clients.

Raymond Blanc said: "Milton Keynes is a wonderful example of a ‘new town’, with a thriving business community. I am really looking forward to being part of it, particularly as it’s so close to my adopted home city of Oxford. In an area so rich in high quality producers and growers, I am very keen to add ingredients of local provenance to my menu." Raymond and the Brasserie Blanc team are currently meeting with local suppliers around the county to add a Buckinghamshire flavour to the menu.
