Who let the dogs out?

Do you know your Dachshund from your Doberman, your Labradoodle from your Poodle or your Schnauzer from your Shih tzu? Whatever breed, big or small, flat or fluffy make sure that you and your four-legged friend joins hundreds of other visitors at this year’s Big Doggie Do. This FREE event will take place at Furzton Lake, Milton Keynes on Sat 27 and Sun 28 June, from 11.00am until 4.00pm.

A host of family fun activities have been organised including a variety of stalls, exhibitions, competitions and entertainment designed to celebrate your precious pooch Highlights include dog agility demonstrations and workshops, fun competitions including cutest puppy, dog and owner look-a-like and best scruff and a display by the Siberian Husky Club of Great Britain.

There are dog charity displays, free giveaways, refreshments and exhibitors selling everything you might need for your dog. Competition entries will be taken on the day.

There’s even a chance to come away with your very own furry friend as the Animal Rescue Advisory Service (ARAS) will be parading its dogs that are waiting for a loving home. The weekend is organised by The Parks Trust and Milton Keynes Council and all proceeds from the event will be gifted to dog related charities.
